Magnesia bricks are refractory bricks made of fused magnesia and sintered magnesia at high temperatures. High-quality magnesia is used as raw material, which is formed by high pressure molding and high temperature firing. The physical and chemical indicators and high temperature performance of the products can reach the same level abroad. Magnesia bricks have higher fire resistance, very good resistance to alkaline slag, high temperature at the beginning of load softening, but poor thermal shock resistance. Sintered magnesia bricks are made from bricks and magnesia bricks. After smashing, batching, kneading and shaping, they are fired at a high temperature of 1550 ~ 1600 ° C. The firing temperature of high-purity products is above 1750 ° C. Non-pouring magnesia brick is made by adding appropriate chemical binder to magnesia, mixing, molding and drying.
