Clay bricks for flue refers to clay products with AI2O3 content of 30% to 40% aluminum silicate materials. 50% soft clay and 50% hard clay clinker are used. A certain particle size requires batching. After molding and drying, it is fired at a high temperature of 1300 ~ 1400 ° C. It is a weakly acidic refractory product, which can resist the erosion of acidic slag and acid gases, and has a slight resistance to alkaline substances Poor, and has good persistence performance, special features such as resistance to cold and rush.

 

 

1. The flue vault should be built with staggered joints, and the vault with complicated shape can be built around.

 

2. The refractory mud used in underground flue masonry can be mixed with ordinary portland cement with a mass ratio of 10% to 20% and a strength level of not less than 32.5.

 

3. The vault of underground flue without concrete wall should be built after the backfilling of the flue wall is completed. When the flue wall is tall or thin, the flue wall should take measures to prevent it from falling inward.

 

4. When masonry is built near the flue gate, a gap should be reserved according to the design. The upper surface of the turnstile base should be higher than the upper surface of the flue bottom.

 

5. When the flue gate has a frame structure, the masonry near the gate should be built after the frame is installed and positioned. The refractory bricks in contact with the frame should be processed. When the gap between the two is not specified in the design, it should be filled with thick refractory mud of the corresponding material.
