It contains zirconium refractory bricks. It belongs to an acidic material and is made of natural zircon sand (ZrSiO2). Zirconium refractory bricks are different from silicon-aluminum refractory bricks and carbon-containing refractory bricks. They have good slag resistance, low thermal expansion rate, thermal conductivity decrease with increasing temperature, high load softening temperature and high wear resistance. It has good thermal shock resistance and has become an important material in various industrial fields. With the development of continuous casting and vacuum degassing technology in the metallurgical industry, the application of zircon refractory bricks is more and more extensive, mainly in the following categories.

 

(1) Zircon bricks, in the steel making process, the tapping degassing method is adopted, and the zircon refractory material has good corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance to the molten slag and molten steel, and is suitable for decompression. Under the work, it is widely used in the metallurgical industry for the lining of steel drums for degassing, also used as the lining of stainless steel ladle, continuous casting steel lining, casting brick, plug brick, sleeve brick And high temperature induction furnace lining. Zircon refractory bricks are highly resistant to acid slag and glass and are therefore widely used to smelt severely damaged areas of glass kiln with the most active glass. The zircon refractory material also has a property of not penetrating the metal aluminum, the aluminum oxide and the slag thereof, and thus also obtains a good effect on the furnace bottom of the aluminum smelting.

(2) AZS electrofusion bricks, also known as fused zirconium corundum bricks. With the development of the glass industry, AZS electrofusion bricks have become a necessary refractory material for glass furnaces. It is more resistant to the erosiveness of the glass.

 

(3) AZS re-sintered electric melting bricks are mainly used for thermal equipment such as bottoms, walls and heat storage lattice bricks for building glass pool kiln.

 

(4) Zirconium mullite electrofusion brick, which is characterized by dense crystal structure, high softening temperature, good thermal shock resistance, high mechanical strength at normal temperature and high temperature, good wear resistance and good thermal conductivity. And has excellent resistance to slag erosion. The product has wide application and is used for the metallurgical heating furnace, the soaking furnace, the discharge port of the calcium carbide furnace, the glass melting furnace kiln wall, etc., and the use effect is very good.
