MgO-C brick is one popular refractory type which is made from magnesite, graphite as raw material, resin as binder, with high pressure moulding and low temperature treatment. It is mushroomed in China. China has became the Mg-C brick producing base due to the superior natual resource (magnesite and graphite resource ) , and attracted the big of world refractory to invest in factories, including RHI, Mayerton and etc. Thus Mg-C brick has features of high refractoriness, good thermal shock resistance, erosion resistance, and has good performance in I&S industry, including BOF, EAF, LF.

 

Sunrise refractory Magnesia Bricks includes ordinary burnt magnesite brick and high purity burnt magnesite brick, it use ordinary sintered magnesia and high purity sintered magnesia as raw material,made by burning at high temperature or burning ultra-high temperatures to forming. It has high refractoriness, high resistance to iron oxide, basic slag and high calcium flux, it’s widely used in metallurgical furnaces, and ordinary burnt magnesium brick can be used for permanent lining of converter.
